Q&A With Tom O'Grady

What are the values that drive you?

Doing the right thing by my clients and it will always workout best for me as well has been a guiding principle over my career. Trustworthiness and creating a high trust long-term relationship with my team and clients is one of the most important things I believe I can do.

What is something potential clients in the investment and protection products industry deal with that you want to fix?

I want to help clients learn about the products in our industry so they can make informed and intelligent decisions with confidence. Financial literacy is an issue clients face in our industry and I want to bridge that gap.

Which accomplishments are you most proud of?

My children. My oldest went to Longwood University, my middle son is attending William & Mary, and my daughter is a High School Senior.

What is a cause or organization that you care deeply about?

My wife's mother suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have seen the affects of it firsthand. The organization, Sanctuary Rescue, also resonates with me as they continue to place dogs in good homes year after year.
